The DX Engineering 5-band Coax Feeder Package allows fast, easy interconnection
of the driven element feedpoints along the center post of the HEXX
antenna. Also furnished is a 10 inch jumper with double female
adapter for connection from the top feedpoint to your coaxial cable
feedline. All cable is Belden 8267 (Mil Spec RG-213/U), guaranteeing UV
resistance and maximum power handling.
During construction, the feedpoint
insulators are attached to the fiberglass center post with the supplied,
unique all-Stainless Steel band clamps with integral studs.
The high strength insulators and stainless
steel hardware provide superior connections for trouble free operation.
Precision assembled sections with color-code ring terminals attach
to specially designed feedpoint insulators. The color coding insures
correct phase connections. Connections are protected with weather
resistant, internal adhesive heat shrink tubing for long, reliable service.
