Ordering
Please note that there is a $20.00 minimum order not including tax & delivery charges.
Our standard domestic shipping carrier is UPS. Orders for in-stock items processed on a business day before 4:00 pm Eastern time are shipped the same day by UPS. Orders for in-stock items processed after 4:00 pm or on weekends/holidays are shipped the next business day by UPS. Other carriers are available as presented in your shopping cart.

Domestic U.S. Shipping Shipping charges are provided in your shopping cart. You may change the items in your cart to see how different shipping weights and methods change the shipping costs. When you check out, your order will automatically be processed for immediate shipment. Typical UPS transit times may be estimated from the map below. Transit days do not include Saturday or Sunday.
DX Engineering shipping charges include all costs required to ship your order.
Domestic Backorders Items not in stock may be ordered and will be backordered - to be shipped as soon as they become available. No charges will appear on your credit card until shipment is actually made.
Domestic orders with mixed items (in-stock and not in-stock) will be split. All in-stock items will be shipped immediately via your selected carrier and shipping cost will be charged as if the entire shipment was complete. Backordered items will be shipped via your selected carrier when they become available with no additional shipping charges - saving you the extra costs involved with two separate shipments.
Only items shipped will be charged to your credit card. Backordered items will be charged when they are shipped.
International Shipping Shipping methods and estimated shipping costs are available during online shopping. Place products of interest into your online CART by clicking the "Add To Cart" shopping basket button shown next to the price of each product. At any time during shopping you may click the VIEW CART button at the top of the page to see the items in your CART. By selecting a destination country, the cart view page will automatically display each available shipping method and its estimated costs. Carriers include UPS, DHL and US Postal Priority Mail International and Express Mail International if available for your selected items and your country. The addition or removal of items from your CART will adjust the displayed shipping estimates.
Shipping costs displayed are only the cost of shipping your order to you. Each country has different fees and taxes associated with the importing of goods. Any additional tax, duty or fees which may be assessed at time of entry into your country are your responsibility. After you are finished shopping and are ready to purchase you will be required to enter your address information by clicking the CHECKOUT button. You will be prompted to finalize your shipping selection and you may then enter your credit card payment safely and securely. Accepted online payment methods are VISA, MasterCard/Maestro, Discover and American Express. PayPal is presently accepted only for domestic U.S orders. Please feel free to contact us with any shipping inquiries prior to ordering.
Orders for items that are in stock will be processed within one business day. Orders containing an out-of-stock item will be held, if a complete shipment can be processed within 5 business days. If the out-of-stock item will not be available within 5 business days, you will be contacted immediately by e-mail to request your choice of waiting for a complete shipment or sending the partial order at additional shipping cost.
Orders containing items prohibited from shipping by the United States, the destination country or by shipping carrier regulations must be amended or will be rejected.
Sales Tax Orders picked up, or shipped to an Ohio address, will be taxed at 6.50% on the total of merchandise and shipping.
Returns If you're not satisfied with your new and unopened DX Engineering product, we will send you a refund check or issue credit to your credit card for the full amount of the merchandise. Items which have been opened will be inspected for missing parts, packaging and item appearance, and may be subject to a restocking or repackaging fee. Return it postage paid to the address below with a note explaining your return.

Repairs We can, in most cases, perform repair service on out-of-warranty DX Engineering-produced items in our facility. Cost of repairs is based on a labor rate of $60.00 per hour, and total cost is estimated before repair work is done. In some cases (like lightning damage) repairs may not be cost effective. Contact DX Engineering Customer Service to discuss the repairs needed and to receive instructions for shipping the item(s) to us.
Repairs to DX Engineering-produced items are warranted for a period of 90 days against defects in materials and workmanship only to the extent of the service work performed.
Privacy Your privacy is important to us. All of your customer information, including credit card and contact information submitted online, is encrypted using Verisign-certified technology to ensure your privacy and not shared with any other company.
