Ordering
Please note that there is a $20.00 minimum order not including tax & delivery charges.

Domestic U.S. Shipping
UPS shipping charges are provided during the checkout process. If you select UPS shipping, your order will automatically be processed for immediate shipment.
USPS shipping charges can be quoted when requested during the order process. You will subsequently receive an email containing your order total and available shipping quotes for your selection. You must respond with your shipping choice before your order can be processed.
DX Engineering does not charge any handling fees, only the actual amount required to ship your order.
Backorders
Items not in stock may be ordered and will be backordered - to be shipped as soon as they become available. No charges will appear on your credit card until shipment is actually made.
Domestic orders with mixed items (in-stock and not in-stock) will be split. All in-stock items will be shipped immediately via your selected carrier and shipping cost will be charged as if the entire shipment was complete. Backordered items will be shipped via your selected carrier when they become available with no additional shipping charges - saving you the extra costs involved with two separate shipments.
Only items shipped will be charged to your credit card. Backordered items will be charged when they are shipped.
International Shipping
Shipping charges will be quoted to you via a return email when your order is entered. You will then receive an email containing your order total and available shipping quotes for your selection. You must respond with your shipping choice before your order can be processed. After shipping, you will receive another email containing your order total including actual shipping charges. Unless otherwise instructed, orders including backordered items will be held until shipment can be made complete.
You may select from several shipping options including Postal EMS, DHL and UPS. Please feel free to call, or email us with any shipping inquiries prior to ordering.

Sales Tax
Ohio residents must include 6.25 percent sales tax on each order.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with any new and unused DX Engineering product, send it back postage paid to the address below. We will send you a refund check or credit your credit card for the full amount of the merchandise.
