DXE-8U assemblies are especially well suited for low and high-power Amateur stations, for nearly any length cable run, and at any legal power level. High reliability, flexibility and low loss are key points when considering these cable assemblies.
DX Engineering RG-8/U 50-ohm Coaxial Cable Assemblies come complete with high quality silver plated PTFE dielectric PL-259s. Machine crimped shields feature 360 degrees of complete mechanical and electrical contact for maximum reliability. Their center conductors are hand soldered and inspected. All DX Engineering Cable Assemblies are Hi-Pot tested and heat-shrink weather-sealed for the ultimate in service longevity.
