Universal Towers Special Bearing Mount Top Plates

Universal Towers Special Bearing Mount Top Plates are available to be added to the tower package order and welded to the top of the top sections mast tube for the mounting of a thrust bearing.

Two Bearing Mount Top Plate versions are available:

1- The special DX Engineering Top Plate is drilled to accommodate the DX Engineering TB-300 2 inch Mast Thrust Bearing and is available for only 2 inch mast tube top section models.

2- The standard Universal Top Plate is drilled to accept the Universal machine-style Thrust Bearing and is available for 2 inch mast and 1-5/8 inch for a smaller mast tube top section model.

These bearing plates are specially order at the time of tower package order or replacement top section order. Call DX Engineering for details.
