DX Engineering Hexxagonal Beam Spreader and Center Post Kits

DX Engineering Hexxagonal Beam Spreader and Center Post Kits are designed to help you construct your own antenna project or to repair and maintain your existing antenna setup.

These kits include fiberglass rods, spreaders, stainless steel band clamps for locking spreaders in place, polyester antenna rope, and a 1-1/4 in. diameter center post with a vinyl top cap and aluminum reinforcement hub. They're price-effective kits for the cost-conscious antenna builder!


Hexxagonal Beam spreader and center post parts include:

* One fiberglass tube, gray, 1.25 in. o.d. x 58.0 in., 0.120 in. wall thickness (center post)
* Six fiberglass tubes, gray, 1.00 in. o.d. x 58.0 in., 0.120 in. wall thickness with slits
* Six fiberglass tubes, gray, 0.75 in. o.d. x 43.0 in., 0.120 in. wall thickness with slits
* Six fiberglass tubes, gray, 0.75 in. o.d. x 5.0 in., 0.120 wall thickness
* Six fiberglass tubes, gray, 0.50 in. o.d. x 48.0 in., 0.120 in. wall thickness
* One tube, antenna, aluminum, 1.375 in. o.d. x 14.0 in., slit on one end (center post)
* Six DXE-ECL-10SS element clamps for 1.00 in. and 1.125 in. o.d. tubing
* Six DXE-ECL-060 element clamps for 0.75 in. and smaller o.d. tubing
* One DXE-ECL-16SS element clamp for 1.375 in. and 1.50 in. o.d. tubing
* One vinyl end cap, black
* Two STI-DBR-94-100 dacron/polyester ropes, 100 ft. roll

Spreader rope connection assembly includes:

* Six band clamps with welded stud, 0.50 in. x 0.313 in. wide
* Six cushioned P-clamps, 0.375 in.
* Six #10 stainless steel flat washers, thick
* Six #10 stainless steel split washers
* Six 10-24 stainless steel hex nuts

Center post rope hub assembly includes:

* One DXE-MPH-1 multipurpose hub, 1.50 in.
* Three 1/4-20 in. x 1.25 in. stainless steel hex head bolts
* Three 1/4-20 in. stainless steel nuts
* Three 1/4-20 in. stainless steel square nuts
* Three 1/4 in. stainless steel split washers
* Three 1/4 in. 18-8 stainless steel flat washers
