DX Engineering Hexxagonal Beam 5-Band Wire Element and Wire Guide Kits

DX Engineering Hexxagonal Beam 5-Band Wire Element and Wire Guide Kits are designed for 20, 17, 15, 12, and 10 meters and are constructed from 14 AWG stranded, insulated antenna wire. Use them for the G3TXQ broadband hex beam design.

Driven element halves and reflector elements are precut and terminated with ring terminals for a simple and fast assembly. Compared to other brand spreader wire attachment kits, these DX Engineering kits include 30 stainless steel element clamps with studs that provide secure attachment points between the spreaders and element floating wire guides. This allows for movement in the wind without undue stress to the radiating elements or spreaders, all without attachment holes that would weaken the spreaders.

For a long-lasting Hexx antenna wire element, the floating wire guides' tubing material is a polymer developed for carrying fuel under extreme environmental conditions. Both UV and heat-stabilized, it exhibits exceptional properties for protecting wire antenna elements that can slide through without binding, chafing or wear.
