Bushcomm Portable Mast Kits

Bushcomm Portable Mast Kits are not antennas but are lightweight, transportable pole kits for use as a temporary 5-meter tower solution in the field. These are great accessories for Field Day or other portable ops.

Not recommended as a permanent base station setup, this is a temporary solution that comes complete in an easy to carry and highly-portable package. These kits are complete with all the necessary tools and hardware for installation, making them a quick and easy answer for temporary, light-duty, portable mast needs.

Bushcomm Mast Kit contents:

* Carry bag, NATO Green, with snap closures
* 5m (8-piece) x 25mm diameter aluminum mast, powder-coated NATO green
* Includes spike for securing mast base in one spot
* Three guy stakes
* Hammer for use with mast spike and guy stakes
* Three 7-meter guy sets (winder/tensioner, VB cord, Velcro strap, snap hook)
* 15-meters of coax with UHF connectors and UHF to BNC adapter
* NOT intended to support rotators, directional antennas or other heavy items

* 5 meter high mast made of 8 swaged sections
* Tubing is held together with elastic shock cord for quick assembly
* Guy plate sits at approximately 4.5 meters for guy rope attachment
* Guy ropes include winder/tensioner for quick rewinding, Velcro strap for secure storage and snag free snap hook for easy attachment and release
* Mast has a snap hook at the top for attaching the antenna and has Velcro loops for fastening the coaxial transmission cable
