Chameleon Antenna Baluns, UNUNs, and Chokes are engineered for reliable performance across a wide range of antenna systems, offering multiple transformation ratios including 1:1, 4:1, 5:1, 6:1, 9:1, and 49:1. Designed to improve impedance matching and overall signal efficiency, these units also work to reduce unwanted interference for cleaner, more stable operation. Each device is built around FT240‑43 toroidal cores, expertly wound with PTFE‑insulated, 14 AWG enameled copper wire to ensure long‑lasting durability and electrical integrity. Housed in a rugged, weatherproof enclosure, they are built to withstand harsh outdoor environments.

A top‑mounted stainless steel eyebolt provides a secure and convenient anchor point for both base‑station installations and portable field deployments. The antenna wire connects at the top of the enclosure—either to both thumb screws when used as a BALUN, or to the single top thumb screw when configured as a UNUN. All ground connections are made at the bottom thumb screw of the enclosure.
