DX Engineering Cable Strain Relief Kits
DX Engineering Cable Strain Relief Kits are designed to be used with DX Engineering and COMTEK Baluns, are included in certain Universal Wire Antenna insulator kits, and are offered with two cable clamp sizes to cover most popular sizes of coaxial cables.
They may be used in many other applications with only a single point of suspension necessary. Long runs of coaxial cable are heavy, and if they are not properly restrained, the weight of the cable can cause a failure in your feedline connection. In some cases, the cable can pull completely out of the PL-259 connector.
DXE Cable Strain Relief Kits are manufactured with corrosion-resistant aluminum and supplied with stainless steel hardware. These kits are very durable and will ensure that the cable stays connected, to keep you on the air.
