DX Engineering Vertical Antenna Tilt Base Assemblies

DX Engineering Vertical Antenna Tilt Base Assemblies are intended to support a 2 in. O.D. lower HF antenna base section in a vertical position and allow tilting for easy maintenance or tuning. Designed for heavy duty applications, they include a rugged 3/16 in. thick stainless steel tilt base for easy raising and lowering, a massive fiberglass insulated channel, and stainless steel clamps for firmly gripping your antenna. Clamps to mount the stationary plate are sold separately, to allow for multiple mounting and clamp choices.

Perfect for tall HF mono-band verticals, Tilt Base Assemblies insulated channel are able to withstand maximum power and high voltage during multi-band operation. With these tilt bases, you can raise or lower your vertical antenna in seconds, while leaving the base plate securely attached to the mounting pipe or post. This makes servicing your antenna a one-man job, leaving you with no more climbing ladders or removing brackets from the support posts. DX Engineering Tilt Base mounting plates make it easy to make repairs, tune your vertical, or lay down your antenna before bad weather hits. They can be bolted to a secure flat mounting surface or to user supplied galvanized steel mounting pipe with optional DXE-SSVC-2P Stainless Steel V-Bolt Clamps.
