This HF Base Station RFI Suppression Pack can be used for every wire and cable connected to your radio. Effective RFI and noise suppression from LF to VHF and higher frequencies is provided on power, control, computer, keying and audio wires. With a proper implementation of these toroids and snap-on beads, noise and RFI may be virtually eliminated. Medium size toroids are big enough to wrap control cables and power supply cables. Medium size beads offer good surface area for a good number of turns of smaller wires. Although some effort is involved with winding smaller wires around toroids, and snap-bead cores before closing them, a much greater degree of RF noise suppression is achieved.
