ICOM Hands-Free Microphones are specifically designed for mobile transceivers and allow convenient hands-free operation without compromising attention to driving. The push-on and push-off style of the main PTT button allows you to change between transmit and receive by momentarily pressing the main PTT button. To operate the Remote PTT button, hold down to transmit and release to receive. The LED indicator on the PTT button lights up red while transmitting. This kit consists of a main PTT button with an RJ-45 modular connector, a Remote PTT button and a microphone. The cable length for the PTT button, remote PTT button and microphone is approximately 8.2 feet. An optional 6.6 foot microphone/remote PTT extension cable is available separately.
