ROHN TBSAFETY Turnbuckle Safety Kits include 45 ft. (15 ft. per guy anchor assembly) of 1/4 in. high strength guy wire to secure your turnbuckles and 6 matching 1/4 in. forged and galvanized U-bolt clips for final fastening of the safety wire on each of three guy anchors. In other words, use 15 ft. of guy wire and 2 clips on each guy-anchor assembly for protection against turnbuckle loosening or catastrophic failure.
Turnbuckles, like all metal exposed to the elements, degrade over time. These safety kits thread through the turnbuckles and guy-line terminations (thimbles and eyes) in figure-8 fashion to make everything secure.
