Chameleon Antenna Lightweight 8010 End Fed Halfwave Sloper is an eight-band HF antenna for use on the 80 - 10 meter Amateur Radio bands without the need for a tuner and 60 meters is possible with the help of an antenna tuner. Near-Vertical Incident Skywave (NVIS) communication is possible, but dependent on the configuration of the antenna when installed. The CHA LEFS 8010 is designed for the trail and its minimalistic design and lightweight components make this antenna ideal for backpackers, hikers, bikers, campers, and survival communication. The sturdy line winder with integral high-efficiency impedance matching transformer, ultra-thin 20 gauge PTFE Kevlar antenna wire and lightweight Micro 90 paracord enables extremely portable eight-band operation without the extra bulk of an antenna tuner.
