COMTEK Stack 2 Yagi Systems
COMTEK Stack 2 Yagi Systems are affordable stacking switches for tribanders, log periodics, or monobanders from 40 to 10 meters. Operating from station 13.8VDC, the control console allows you to select either antenna, individually or together, for choosing the best vertical angle of radiation for the band conditions and distance to the DX station. Amphenol silver tip connectors, MOVs, Potter and Brumfield relays, and 2.4 in. O.D. UNUNs provide reliability at 3 kW maximum power levels. Simply run two equal lengths of 50 ohm coax from the STACK-2 (one to each antenna) and a 3-conductor cable to the control console and enjoy increased performance in contests of chasing DX. These systems come complete with a 2.1mm power cord for connection to station power, 13.8VDC at 1 amp minimum (fused), so COMTEK Stack 2 Yagi systems will operate from a battery backup power if needed.
