Diamond Antenna GZV4000 Switching Power Supplies
Diamond Antenna GZV4000 Switching Power Supplies provide high-power output with compact size and lightweight portability.
For ultimate convenience, these units have a pair of front-panel, 6-amp, snap-connect output terminals plus a cigarette-lighter outlet. There's also a pair of rear-mounted, 40-amp screw terminals!
These power supplies are suitable for a variety of uses, but especially for radio equipment and other DC-powered portable/mobile electronic devices. By plugging into your handy 120 volt AC outlet, your power supply can provide variable output voltages of 5V to 15V and up to 40 amps in continuous operation!
When it comes to protection, we're all set here! Current fold-back circuitry is designed to prevent overload, and the overload indicator LED will be lit up when the current is excessive. The over-temperature circuitry is activated when the supply approaches a maximum allowable temperature to prevent the unit from excessive heat buildup. This automatically activates the internal cooling fan to keep the operating temperature in a safe range. And don't worry about operation in the area of radio transmitters- these power supplies are insensitive to RFI!
