DX Engineering Beverage Antenna System Combos

DX Engineering Beverage Antenna System Combos are single-wire single-direction Beverage antenna feed systems. These combos include DX Engineering's superb receive preamp and the Beverage antenna feedpoint transformer!

The included BFS-1 transformer design makes them immune to the strong signal overload and core saturation. The isolated-winding matching transformer significantly increases the signal-to-noise ratio in Beverage and other high-impedance antennas. The included termination resistor is a special 470 ohm, 2 watt, non-inductive resistor that withstands nearby lightning strikes.

Also included, the DXE-RPA-2 Modular Receive Preamplifier is the best low noise, receive preamps available… period. It is optimized for the 300 kHz through 35 MHz frequency range with an advanced push-pull amplifier design that eliminates harmonic distortion and it handles strong signals without distortion or overload.

The DXE-RPA-2 Modular Preamp features one internal option slot for a plug-in module. Choose from the DXE-RG5000HD-PM Receiver Guard, the DXE-IT-PM 75 to 50 ohm Impedance Transformer, or use a RXFL Filter Adapter and a Receive Filter board for band pass, high pass or low pass filtering.
