DX Engineering Hex Bolt Hardware Sets

DX Engineering Hex Bolt Hardware Sets let you choose the length of the bolts you want to use for your DX Engineering Clamps. To support the extreme versatility of DX Engineering Clamps, these stainless steel bolt sets come in specially selected pairs for Super Duty Saddle Clamps, Heavy Duty Saddle Clamps and our Resin Support Blocks. Eight bolt sets are provided specifically for our Genius Clamps. One of these Hex Bolt Hardware Sets will complete your order for any DX Engineering Clamps that requires a straight hex bolt.

Perfectly sized for the Super Duty and Heavy Duty Saddle Clamps, various sizes of 8-18 stainless steel hex bolt sets include two hex head bolts, two split washers, and two nuts, with four flat washers, or with two flat washers for the Resin Support Blocks.

Genius Clamps Bolt Sets include 8 bolts, flat washers, split washers and nuts. Please remember that price and quantity of parts vary according to the application.

Saddle Clamps are typically mounted on a customer supplied 1/4 inch plate with one of these specified DX Engineering Hex Bolt Sets. Click "More Details" and find the clamp dimensions chart linked in the Documents tab, or view the recommended or required parts listing at each clamp to find the matched bolt set of minimum usable length. Longer bolt sets may be used for special applications such as on plates of greater thickness. However, some DX Engineering Hex Bolts are not threaded for their entire length, so each set will only work for a specific range of mounting plate or tubing thickness.

NOTE: The use of anti-seize thread lubricant is REQUIRED on all stainless steel hardware BEFORE initial assembly.

18-8 Stainless Steel bolts have a tightening torque specification of 132 in/lbs.
