Build or refurbish any Hustler BTV antenna to be stronger with a DX Engineering Ruggedized BTV Reinforced Lower Tube.

Almost any time we hear of a Hustler BTV Series antenna being damaged by wind, it's the lower tube that gets bent. A BTV is a very tough antenna! But like any antenna, if the wind hits it just right, they can still be damaged.

That's where our DX Engineering Ruggedized BTV Reinforced Lower Tube comes in. Our DXE-RLT double-wall aluminum tube is stronger than the original single-wall tube and it works on all BTV Series antennas, old and new. It is 72 in. overall so it is direct replacement; it takes the place of the original Hustler BTV antenna 72 in. lower tube (HSR-4087-1). Once the DXE-RLT reinforced tube is installed, your BTV antenna will be much stronger!

Perfect for a new or old BTV antenna, a stronger lower antenna also offers protection against accidents and animal damage. If you're in an area with potentially high-winds, don't allow your BTV to suffer lower-tube wind damage.
