DX Engineering Receive Short Element Active Vertical Replacement Tubing Kit

DX Engineering Receive Short Element Active Vertical Replacement Tubing Kit, model DXE-RSE-A, is replacement aluminum tubing and hardware only, provided for those who might need to replace damaged or lost antenna whip for their current model RSEAV-1 or legacy model ARAV4 Active antenna.

This DXE-RSE-A kit contains the three 36 in. aluminum sections, 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch, as well as a complete set of new stainless steel element hardware. The required Allen wrenches are also included. The assembled length of this replacement element is 8 feet 6 inches, the same as the original.

A similar kit includes this tubing and the plastic mounting plate and hardware, DXE-RSE-R, for the mounting of the DXE-AVA-3 Active Matching Unit and for mounting legacy AVA-2 units. The completed assembly mounts at ground level on a user supplied ground rod, located in a clear area away from structures, transmit antennas and metal fences.
