DX Engineering Super Duty Saddle Clamps are available to fit 2.00, 2.50 or 3.00 inch OD tubing with ultimate gripping power. Commercial and industrial engineers and installation technicians all over the world have discovered a diverse range of applications for DX Engineering Super Duty Saddle Clamps.
Super Duty Saddle Clamps are designed to be used where maximum torque handling is required on aluminum, steel or stainless steel tubing. Conceived for use by builders of large and heavy Yagi antennas and Log Periodic arrays, these clamps are made in sizes that securely fit the outside diameter of tubing for mounting to a flat plate or surface. Their wider gripping surface equals superior clamping power!
Perfect for antenna construction and mounting, or wherever standard U-bolt saddle clamps and other torque-control products have proven inadequate, Super Duty Saddle Clamps provide maximum grip on booms, masts and element tubing. Unlike stamped or machined-type clamps, Super Duty clamps are cast from a rugged aluminum that grips tubing with a special textured surface and are sized for an incredibly secure fit that resists torque, wind and weather.
Super Duty Saddle Clamps include two cast aluminum saddles (two halves) and a stainless steel reinforcement plate for high strength and superior corrosion resistance. Due to the wide diversity of clamping applications where Super Duty clamps are beneficial, mounting hardware is NOT included. However, a complete line of Armor-Coated and Stainless Steel Hex Bolt Hardware Sets are available for top performance in most mounting applications. Click "More Detail" to see additional information.
