Overview
DX Engineering Advanced Design Thrust Bearings
DX Engineering Advanced Design Thrust Bearings offer a major advance in mechanics that solve the issues with competing bearings.
Advanced design tower mast bearings have a newly-engineered bearing race that doesn't bind and keeps the enclosed chrome-steel ball bearings very clean. Compared with ANY OTHER thrust bearings, our bearings are firm and strong with a silky smooth rotation. These heavy-duty bearing assemblies are cast from high-strength zinc-aluminum alloy, precision machined and assembled with high-quality chrome-steel ball bearings.
DX Engineering Thrust Bearings mate with tower bearing plates for ROHN or Amerite towers. DX Engineering thrust bearings mount directly to the pre-drilled "Flat-Top" Tower Section models 25AG4 45AG4, as well as on Bearing Plate models BPL25G, BPL45G, or BPL55G which may be added to straight 25G, 45G or 55G Tower Sections, respectively. They may be used on the combination model BAS25G Bearing Accessory Shelf for straight 25G Tower Sections. They may also be used on any Amerite Tower and accessory that corresponds to the ROHN part numbers listed above, including tower-top bearing shelves for AME-25, 45 and 55 series towers.
NOTE: Accessory Shelf models that fit inside of ROHN or Amerite 25G do not accommodate DX Engineering Thrust Bearings. They are intended only for top mount on flat top 25G tower.
The DXE-TB-300 is designed for up to 2 inch OD Mast. This thrust bearing is supplied complete, with hardware. The three stainless steel mast capturing and centering hex head bolts are 3/8-16 x 1-1/2 in. long with stainless steel hex nuts. The mounting hardware, four (4) structural mounting bolts are 1/2-13 x 1-1/4 inch long, and the mounting hex nuts and washers are all galvanized.
Designed and built for greatly improved longevity, our thrust bearings reduce the load on your rotator motor more efficiently than the old standard version. Order DX Engineering Advanced Design Thrust Bearings⦠today!
