DX Engineering Ferrite UHF Large Toroids provide a high degree of RF choking and can dramatically reduce RF common-mode noise. This UHF toroid pack is intended for special purpose UHF applications on wires and cables. Effective RFI and noise suppression of UHF and higher frequencies is provided on power, control, keying and audio wires. With a sufficient number of turns, pulse noise and RFI may be virtually eliminated. Large enough to be placed on large bundled control cables and power supply cables, large toroids offer greater surface area for a larger number of turns of smaller wire. Although some effort is involved with winding wires around toroidal cores, a much greater degree of RF noise suppression is achieved. Large toroids provide excellent value for RF choking on larger wires and cables with plugs.
