DX Engineering Tic Ring Wheel Replacement Kits

DX Engineering Tic Ring Wheel Replacement Kits are an amazing value, ready to breathe new life into your Tic Ring Rotator assembly. Over time, the wheels (rollers) on a typical Tic Ring need to be replaced as part of routine maintenance. The DXE-TRWHEEL kit supplies all of the wheels, flat washers and cotter pins needed for either application.

DX Engineering DXE-TR-WHEEL kits include two sizes of high-quality MDS filled cast nylon rollers that fit most Tic Rings in use today. Not all Tic Rings are identical and there are many variations. Some use 6 wheels that are all the same size. Some use a combination of four small wheels (0.397" ID) and two larger wheels (0.640" ID).

Replacing the wheels on the Tic Ring one at a time is easy.
1. Remove the existing cotter pin and discard it.
2. Remove the old wheel from the roller shaft and discard it.
3. Clean any contamination from the roller shaft
4. Install the new wheel over the wheel shaft.
5. Install the proper flat washer.
6. Install the cotter pin.
7. Bend the legs on the cotter pin to keep the assembly in place.
8. Move to the next wheel and repeat the sequence.
