DX Engineering TW Antenna 5-Band Adventurer Packages

DX Engineering is now the manufacturer of TW Antennas!* Our DX Engineering TW Antenna 5-Band Adventurer Packages preserve and build upon the legacy of this premier portable HF antenna maker.

Covering all bands from 20 through 10 meters, including WARC, DX Engineering Adventurer Packages can be easily and remotely band-switched to cover any of the five high bands.

DXE-TW-2010-P Adventurer packages include everything you need to go portable! The package is comprised of the basic antenna structure, the switchable band box, a 65.5 ft. control cable, controller console and an antenna stand. You supply the coax and your own powered transceiver. It's perfect for portable QRP!

For portable use, the included, lightweight Quadrastand, DXE-TW-AQ, lets you set up your DX Engineering HF Portable TW Antenna wherever you happen to be. Think about special operating events like Scouts Jamboree On-The-Air (JOTA), Field Day or even SOTA (Summits On-The-Air). For backpacking and general camping and travel a convenient carrying case, DXE-TW-DXBAG, is available as an OPTION to make traveling in your car or RV with these antennas a snap.

Typical installation for TW Antennas is a compact 8.25 ft. tall and only 5 ft. wide. Make your choice; portable, fixed or both, then equip yourself with the best compact vertical-dipole antennas available.

Note: Although a permanently-installed mount is available, DX Engineering TW Antenna band boxes are not waterproof. Do not leave your TW Antenna exposed to the elements without adequate and durable weather protection for the band box.

NOTE: Some older versions of the TW Antennas are not compatible with current production parts. The original manufacturer of TW Antennas had changed the design more than once and newer parts will not fit some older models. Call DX Engineering to verify if your old TW Antenna will be compatible with currently produced parts and assemblies.
