YCCC Vertical Array Directional Switch Console Kits

YCCC Vertical Array Directional Switch Console Kits were used to control the YCCC vertical array combiner/controller units, which have been discontinued.

They feature an attractive cabinet with an ergonomic direction-selector knob and direction indicating LEDs. Power Pole type connectors are used for DC power connection. These kits require component-level assembly and soldering parts to a PCB.

The switching console is installed in the shack, with the control cable run from the switching unit to the combiner/controller unit at the array. Power for the entire antenna system is provided by a 13.8V DC (1A capability or greater) power supply that the user must provide. Use of a "wall wart" type of power supply is not recommended because they generally have very poor DC regulation.

These switch units are for use ONLY with YCCC vertical antenna arrays, which are discontinued and no longer available for sale.
