EAntenna EA6J 6-Meter Vertical Antennas are classic J-Pole antennas as were designed by the German military for World War II. After the war, J-Pole antennas became very popular worldwide, as VHF and UHF operations became more common. They were even offered as commercial antennas for police and fire department use.
These antennas are assembled with tubing sections that are 35, 30 and 25mm in diameter. Diameters this large achieve an impressive 2-MHz bandwidth at 50 MHz and create a very strong vertical radiator. A heavy mounting plate and stainless mast clamps provide robust support.
