ELAD SP-1B DSP Speakers are designed to work with and complement the elegant design of the well-known FDM-DUO SDR transceiver, and the FDM-DUOR-B SDR receiver. This speaker features a built-in active filter that can be activated with a push button. This new "B" model also includes a 5-stage noise reduction function.

There are three operating modes available:

• Flat Mode: Sound output is unfiltered.

• Filtered Mode: An amplified filter of 300Hz to 3kHz is used.

• Noise Reduction Mode: You can select one of five levels of noise reduction.

To use the filter, the speaker must be powered by 12VDC. Without a power supply, the speaker connects directly to the input, meaning basic operations do not require a power supply. Additionally, there is a button to temporarily mute the speaker. All operating states are indicated by LEDs. A power supply cable is included, and the SP-1B uses Powerpole connectors. The audio signal connects via a standard 3.5mm phone plug, and a cable for this connection is also included.
