Eton Journey All Band Emergency Radios
Eton Journey All Band Emergency Radios are a multifunction alert radio that will keep you informed no matter where you are. The Journey is rugged, rechargeable and reliable. Featuring multiple power sources, you will always be informed as to world events. Small enough to take with you on your next camping trip, or just to have around the house in case of power outages.
The Eton Journey is powered by an internal lithium-ion battery and covers the AM/FM/SW and Weather Bands. In addition to the bands covered, the Journey can also play audio via the line in jack or via Bluetooth, meaning that you can listen to media from your phone or other devices. The internal rechargeable battery can be charged in several ways: by using the USB-C jack, the hand crank or the solar panel. A USB-A port allows for charging a cell phone or tablet. Cranking the hand crank for four minutes will generate enough power for 10 to 15 minutes of listening time. A built-in flashlight will help light the way if you are camping or if the power has gone out at home. An SOS function can be activated which will cause the Journey to emit a loud series of tones and flash a red emergency light to help others locate the user. If the weather band alert function is on, the radio will alert the user to any active weather alerts that are transmitted by NOAA, such as hurricanes, tornados and severe storms.
