ICOM ID-RP2D D-Star DD Mode RF Repeater Modules

ID-RP2D D-Star Repeater 1.2 GHz DD Mode RF Modules transfer Digital Data (DD) at breakneck speeds, utilizing the higher bandwidth available on the 23 centimeter band. Running at 128 kbps and working with the D-STAR Repeater Controller, these rack-mounted digital repeaters function as a DD Gateway to the Internet! You can browse, send, and receive email, transfer files between stations, and even send and view video, all from your DD-compatible 23 cm transceiver and PC!

These rack-mounted Internet gateways provide amateur repeater-site functionality that has never existed before! Couple these high-speed data modules with the 1.2 GHz digital voice modules, and you have digital voice, high-speed data, and Internet--all from one repeater site!

These high-speed data modules are not a required part of a D-STAR digital-voice repeater site. But if it's desired to provide full D-STAR functionality, then these ID-RP2D D-Star Repeater 1.2 GHz DD Mode RF Modules need to be a part of the equipment stack!
