MFJ Monoband Mobile HamTenna Whips make HF mobile operating fun and easy! They're small, lightweight, efficient, and super-easy to use. Their dual feature of center and distributed loading lets you radiate efficiently... you get more power out for working DX and rag-chewing!

Each antenna is ruggedly constructed from a heavy-duty, 4 ft. long, 3/8 in. diameter fiberglass rod. They also feature a nearly indestructible 0.125 in. diameter PH-17-7 stainless steel whip and chrome plated brass fittings that will give you years of dependable service. Their sleek, low-profile construction has low wind loading and their semi-rigid fiberglass eliminates the need for springs or guys. A black anti-static jacket protects the loading coil and blends in with any vehicle.

The stainless steel whips are adjustable for lowest SWR and include an Allen wrench and complete tuning and matching instructions. They handle 250 watts PEP and depending on the model, they measure up to 7 ft. tall fully extended, and approximately 4 ft. tall when collapsed for easy storage. They simply screw into any 3/8 x 24 in. female mount for quick band-changing!
