A 3kW RF choke balun is included as standard equipment—an essential component that many manufacturers offer only as an optional upgrade. Momobeam RF Chokes are built using high‑quality, low‑loss, double‑shielded coaxial cable with a Teflon dielectric, combined with carefully selected ferrite material sleeved over the cable. Together, these elements create a high‑impedance path for RF, providing excellent isolation between the antenna and the coaxial feedline. The Mono4-10 requires a medium‑duty rotator for proper operation.
