M2 Antennas 2M4X 2 Meter Yagi Antennas
M2 Antennas 2M4X 2 Meter Yagi Antennas are exceptional, with a clean mechanical design, full band coverage and computer optimized performance. A totally sealed and grounded driven element design with a unique internal balun provides the heart that will beat for years to come. The 2M4X is perfect for base or portable use. Its boom end-mount mast bracket allows either vertical polarization for FM or horizontal polarization for SSB, CW and Digital, plus easy stacking or tower side mounting. Every station needs at least one 2M4X!
M2 Antennas designs and builds new antennas to fit the needs of Amateur Radio enthusiasts. The "X" series of antennas are redesigns that reduce packaging length to under 48 inches, to minimize oversize surcharges applied by shippers. The "X" series antennas offer the same performance as its predecessor, but with shorter and multiple boom sections. Some boom sections have a thicker wall for added strength. A side benefit of the "X" series antenna redesign is that they are now more portable with shorter boom sections. Replacing the popular 2M4, the 2M4X features a 50-ohm Type-N Female connector for the lowest loss. (If you prefer to use a 2 meter beam with an SO-239, see the M2 Antennas 2M3SS.)
