M2 Antennas 2M7 2 Meter Yagi Antennas
M2 Antennas 2M7 2 Meter Yagi Antennas are top quality, capable beams for the operator who wants the convenience of a short, 9 ft. boom, in an antenna that can handle full power and deliver true performance over the long term.
The 2M7's are computer optimized Yagis that will outperform longer old design antennas. They cover the whole band with only slight performance degradation at the band edges. Their side lobes are very low and are perfect for stacking two or more for increased gain. Their light weight and durability make them great for portable hill topping and rover operations.
M2 Antennas 2M7 are built for long term electrical and mechanical integrity. Their CNC machined "T" Match Block features O-ring sealed connectors and is internally sealed with a space-age silicone gel with nearly four times the dielectric strength of air. Full power operation is no problem for these antennas. Their elements are 6061-T6 3/16 in. aluminum rod, mounted through the boom on UV stabilized button insulators. All hardware is stainless steel except U-bolts. Other key electrical and mechanical parts are CNC machined for accuracy and durability.
