The Chelegance JCase705 is not just another accessory for this compact transceiver, but a real upgrade that elevates your outdoor radio activities such as SOTA, POTA, field day, camping, or traveling to a new level. This robust and waterproof hard case not only effectively protects your high-quality equipment from weather influences such as rain or dust but also improves usability on the move. The IC-705 fits into the case so that the front panel is flush with the metal mounting frame. All the radio's connections, such as for the tuner, Morse key, loudspeaker, antenna, etc., are always easily accessible within the frame surrounding the device. A generously dimensioned earthing terminal with a screw connection enables the connection of a counterpoise.
If you want to operate with an external power supply, the Powerpole connections can be used. A large storage compartment allows you to store a handheld microphone, jumper cable, spare battery, and other useful items. The sturdy carrying handle can be folded in, making transportation easier. Alternatively, the shoulder strap can be used for carrying it over the shoulder. Simply install your IC-705 into the case with the included hardware and make the necessary connections. (IC-705 transceiver not included).
