3M Products Copper Foil Tapes

3M Copper Foil Tapes consist of a rolled-copper foil backing with an electrically conductive, pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive. These tapes come with a removable liner for easy handling and die cutting and they readily accept solder. The copper foil backing offers excellent resistance against oxidation and discoloration.

3M Copper Foil tapes are typically used as EMI/RFI shielding tapes for applications in the electronics industry, such as static charge draining, seaming shielded rooms, cable wrapping, and surface contact to non-solderable materials.
