Vibroplex code practice oscillators (CPOs) are available in two models and are ideal for Boy Scout or radio club classes. Either unit is an inexpensive solution for Morse code practice.
These oscillators include the circuit board and speaker. To use their CPO model, simply add a code key, a two-wire keying cable, and a 9V battery. They produce a pleasing 700 Hz tone from an LM386 audio chip with 350 mW audio output. Their CPO Plus model includes the two-wire cable for your key connection.
