Yaesu SPA-1 FTX-1 Series 100W HF/VHF/UHF Amplifiers are designed as an optional accessory for the Yaesu FTX-1 Field Transceiver. By easily connecting the SPA-1 to the rear of your FTX-1 Field Head, you instantly gain a significant power boost, achieving 100W output on the HF bands and 50W output on the 144MHz (2-meter) and 430MHz (70cm) VHF/UHF bands. This increased power dramatically improves your transmission range and signal strength, ensuring more effective communication from your base station. Originally included with the FTX-1 Optima, the SPA-1 is now available separately. It allows FTX-1 Field owners to transform their transceiver into a powerful portable or base station, offering the ultimate flexibility for both field and home operations.
