Yaesu FTDX-101 Series Transceiver Filter Options

Yaesu FTDX-101 Series Transceiver Filter Options include Roofing Filters designed specifically for the Yaesu FTDX-101D and the FTDX-101MP HF+50MHz Transceivers, and the VC Tune preselector for the SUB Receiver of the FTdx-101D. They are available only by special order with installation only by Yaesu.

The Yaesu FTDX-101D has the VC Tune Preselector installed in the MAIN receiver and 12 kHz, 3 kHz and 600 Hz roofing filters installed in the MAIN and SUB receivers. A second VC Tune Preselector, VCT-101, is optional for the SUB receiver and four optional roofing filters, 300 Hz (XF-128CN and XF-129CN) and 1.2 kHz (XF-128SN and XF-129SN) for the MAIN and SUB receivers. All are available only by special order with installation only by Yaesu.

The Yaesu FTDX-101MP has both VC Tune preselectors installed in the MAIN and SUB receivers. Roofing filters installed in the MAIN and SUB receivers are the 12 kHz, 3 kHz and 600 Hz, plus a 300 Hz filter is installed in only the MAIN receiver. Three optional roofing filters are available, the 300 Hz YSU-XF-129CN for the SUB receiver, and the 1.2 kHz YSU-XF-128SN for the MAIN and YSU-XF-129N for the SUB receivers, also only available by special order with installation by Yaesu.

NOTICE: Option installation and calibration is done by Yaesu only with a $30 per item labor charge when options are special ordered at the same time as the transceiver order. Call DX Engineering to order your custom built FTDX-101D or FTDX-101MP.

The standard model FTDX-101D or FTDX-101MP shipped from stock cannot be internally upgraded by the user.

For Yaesu to install filters into your previously purchased FTDX-101 series transceiver, filters may be special ordered from DX Engineering with a $30.00 installation fee per item. We send your options order to Yaesu for item to be installed. In this case, you ship your transceiver to Yaesu Service at your cost. They will return your upgraded radio at no additional shipping charge.
