bhi Ltd Ground Breaker
bhi Ltd Ground Breaker is an audio pass-through, RF blocking device that can solve the unusual dilemma of distorted audio bleed-through cause by RFI. First, you tried to provide a better ground system, wrapping the audio leads round ferrite rings, clamping ferrite beads onto the cables, running your systems on different power supplies, and you have checked the connections. If RF is still getting into the audio, the Ground Breaker may be the final solution. It totally isolates the ground of your accessory audio equipment from those of the radio system. Ground Breaker units come in impedances covering the main values of 10,000 ohm, 600 Ohm and 8 ohm that are used in most audio systems. Line level units can handle up to 100mW and the 8 ohm speaker units can handle up to 500 mW of audio. The Ground Breaker is simple to install. Simply plug the unit into the appropriate socket on your radio and then plug the audio accessory, such as the DSP or powered speaker into the socket on the Ground Breaker. The direction of connection doesn't matter; the unit works both ways with either the radio or the audio unit connected to the socket or the plug. Do not add extensions and try to keep the leads as short as possible to minimize RF pickup off the air. Sometimes, proper grounding of devices doesn't take care of that one nagging, RF bleed-through problem. In that case, use a bhi Ground Breaker audio RF blocking device from DX Engineering.

bhi Ltd Mini Switch
No more messing around with cables! The new bhi Mini Switch is a compact two-way switch box enabling the connection of two radios to your bhi DSP noise cancelling product. Supplied with two 3.5mm mono audio cables, they're ready to connect to your radios! The Mini Switch features two mono 3.5mm input jacks, one 3.5mm mono output jack and one cable with 3.5mm mono plug. It is supplied with two ALD-001 3.5mm plug to plug cables! Power handling is 3 watts maximum and the unused input is always terminated with a load to protect your audio outputs. Velcro pads are supplied to securing of the Mini Switch to your radio equipment. All connections are 3.5mm mono and audio adapters will be required to convert other types of connections. Note: Whenever the DX Engineering "Documentation" tab is available, please look at the associated files for additional product information. The Mini Switch is a compact 2.09 x 1.46 x 1.73 in. (53 x 37 x 44mm) so it will fit just about anywhere in you operating position. You normally use one rig at a time. Switch one DSP unit between them with bhi Ltd Mini Switch units from DX Engineering!

bhi Bypass Switch
bhi Bypass Switch is an audio bypass switch for the bhi Dual In-line and Compact in-Line DSP noise cancelling units, which don't have an internal audio bypass facility. When you switch the power off on these bhi units, the audio does not pass directly through to your external speaker. So, with the Bypass Switch, you can route the audio from your radio directly to your extension speaker without powering on your bhi unit. This can be particularly useful if you just want to listen to your radio without your bhi noise cancelling unit switched on. A single push-button switch on the Bypass Switch provides this facility. Press the button in and the audio routes through your bhi DSP noise cancelling unit (power on).
