COMPACtenna PERFECT CB

COMPACtenna PERFECT CB is a hand-crafted optimized performance dedicated 27 MHz CB band vertical whip antenna that combines novel engineering with quality machining. Each antenna is precisely tested and tuned in Ohio, USA. This specialized 3/8-24 thread stud mount whip is approximately 69 in. tall and handles 500W RF power. Above the unique horizontal coil structure, a stainless steel whip adjustment ferule. For mobile applications, strategic positioning of the vertical on the vehicle will affect SWR and performance. A grounded mount should be used for the best results.

The PERFECT CB is also an excellent base station vertical when mounted at least 10 ft. above the ground using a sufficient ground plane. The ground plane can be 8 or more feet of metal, horizontal or angled downward, at least 10 ft. away from other metal and antenna. Installation examples include magnet, clamp or bracket mounting on house, shed or building metal roof (upper area), or a well-supported metal gutter or trim, or a metal railing.
