DX Engineering HF QRP Bandpass Filters

DX Engineering HF QRP Bandpass Filters are designed to tightly confine both transmitted and receive signals to one specific Amateur band, these filters significantly reduce out of band noise, resulting in a noticeably lower noise floor and improved weak signal reception. In multi operator contest or portable operations, they deliver the essential isolation needed to eliminate image and harmonic interference, ensuring clean mono band performance even in close quarters environments. Each filter features a sharp roll off just outside the band edges, providing exceptional rejection of adjacent band signals and maintaining maximum operating efficiency for QRP applications. Offered for the 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10-meter amateur bands, they install easily in line with the coax feedline using the BNC connectors provided on each end. With power ratings of 20 watts SSB and 5 watts digital, they are ideal for QRP enthusiasts participating in multi operator events such as Field Day, POTA, and SOTA.

DX Engineering 902-928 MHz Racing Timer Filter and Cable Set

The DX Engineering 902-928 MHz Racing Timer Filter Set is a custom solution that enhances the operation of the Farmtek Basic Roping Timer Package, which is also suitable for use on other IOT, ISM, RFID, M2M LPWAN and LoRa applications. Interference is eliminated and range extended when using this specific 902-928 MHz band pass filter with custom low loss coaxial cables, which help to provide accurate signals, including start/stop signals for the Farmtek timing unit. DX Engineering collaborated with the Akron Sports Car Club to enhance their racecourse timing accuracy with the Farmtek system for sports car events. The DXE-900M-BPF Filter Set includes: 1 pc. - Band Pass Filter, 915 MHz center frequency (recommended for 902 to 928 MHz use) with type N female connectors. 1 pc. - Low-loss coaxial cable assembly, 14 in., Right-Angle Reverse Polarity (RP) SMA connector (for timer unit) to a type N male connector to connect the filter 1 pc. - Type N male to RP SMA Adapter. The supplied adapter is to facilitate a seamless connection to an appropriate 900 MHz magnetic mount antenna (not included) to allow mounting the antenna outside of an enclosed space such as a scoring trailer. Optional high gain 900 MHz whips with Reverse Polarity (RP) SMA are available from DX Engineering DXE-900M-ANT-5-2, for connection directly to the timer, the filter or to an appropriate RP SMA antenna mount.
