DX Engineering TW Antenna Center Box Covers are custom-made to provide long-term protection for all TW center sections*. If you intend to use your TW Antenna outdoors for extended periods or for portable operation during harsh weather, we suggest using the TW Cover to protect the center post section. The DXE-TW-COVER is a tough, moisture-sealed black fabric, with a Velcro® closure and internal rubberized seal strips for the top tube to keep out rain, snow, sand and dust. The TW Antenna was originally intended for fair weather portable use, so it was designed with a center post plastic cover box for the coils that isn't weatherproof. However, some operators use the TW Antenna as a long-term stealth antenna. The economical and attractive TW Cover does a perfect job of protecting your TW center section coil box. Sized to fit the TW2010, TW2010L, TW3030, and TW4040, the handy flap on the rear covers the coaxial and control cable connectors and keeps the rain water out! * Excludes the 80 meter model.
