DX Engineering Saddle Clamps
DX Engineering Saddle Clamps are the best designed and tested clamps you'll find anywhere! And, the selection is extensive! Designed specifically to fit and secure tubing to surfaces in antenna construction, our Saddle Clamps are built strong to prevent slippage. DX Engineering U-bolts and V-bolts are crafted from high-strength 18-8 stainless steel with enough length to attach to thick plates. Saddles are cast from high-strength 535.0 aluminum with a rippled surface for superb gripping plus superior anti-corrosion properties. Saddles are available with natural or powder coated finishes. Need to clamp steel pipe or ground rods? Choose our V-clamps with stainless steel saddles. They have serrated teeth for clamping to a pipe or rod securely. All saddle clamps include stainless steel flat washers, lock washers, and nuts. DX Engineering Stainless Mounting Clamps with Studs
DX Engineering Stainless Mounting Clamps With Studs are ideal for mechanical and electrical fastening to round or odd-shaped tubing or pipes without drilling a hole. Also known as studded band clamps, these stainless clamps are equipped with a stainless 10-24 threaded stud welded to the band. Supplied with stainless hex nuts and washers, these rugged band clamps are made entirely from marine-grade stainless steel; even the worm-gear screw and housing. DX Engineering Element Clamps
DX Engineering Element Clamps, also known as band clamps, are made completely from marine-grade stainless steel; even the worm gear screw and housing. They are available with or without a 10-24 threaded stud welded to the band. The standard, non-studded Element Clamps are suitable for many projects around the home or business, in the shop or the shack, and from ship to shore. They are typically used on slit aluminum or fiberglass tubing, also available from DX Engineering, for the repair and construction of antenna elements. DX Engineering Resin Support Block Clamps allow an element or even a complete antenna to be mounted, while still insulating it from its mounting point. This characteristic is especially helpful when it's not possible to use an insulated boom to element bracket. DX Engineering resin support block clamps are useful for securely mounting tubing to any flat surface, while providing electrical insulation. They're available in many sizes to accommodate various project applications. Stainless steel reinforcement plates are available to increase clamp stiffness but must be purchased separately. To support the extreme versatility of DX Engineering Clamps, these stainless steel bolt sets come in specially selected pairs for Super Duty Saddle Clamps, Heavy Duty Saddle Clamps and our Resin Support Blocks. Eight bolt sets are provided specifically for our Genius Clamps. One of these Hex Bolt Hardware Sets will complete your order for any DX Engineering Clamps that requires a straight hex bolt. Perfectly sized for the Super Duty and Heavy Duty Saddle Clamps, various sizes of 8-18 stainless steel hex bolt sets include two hex head bolts, two split washers, and two nuts, with four flat washers, or with two flat washers for the Resin Support Blocks. Genius Clamps Bolt Sets include 8 bolts, flat washers, split washers and nuts. Please remember that price and quantity of parts vary according to the application. Saddle Clamps are typically mounted on a customer supplied 1/4 inch plate with one of these specified DX Engineering Hex Bolt Sets. Longer bolt sets may be used for special applications such as on plates of greater thickness.
