Designed for mounting round tubing and pipe members perpendicular or parallel to each other, DX Engineering Genius Clamps, models DXE-SSGC-2P (for perpendicular attachment) and DXE-SSGC-2VP (for parallel attachment), are the tower and tubing accessories the world has been waiting for. If you want to build an exceptionally strong tower side-arm to side mount a big dipole, vertical antenna or Yagi on your tower, our Genius Clamps for perpendicular use are perfect for the job! When you need to attach two pieces of pipe or tubing side by side in a parallel configuration, our Genius Clamps for parallel use will handle it! In fact, they're so versatile that their use is limited only by imagination! These totally stainless steel clamping accessories facilitate creating many varieties of mounts for your antenna systems. Because their construction is high-quality 1/8- in. thick 304 stainless steel, Genius Clamps will last well beyond the life of a steel tower. These clamps can handle any size tubing or tower leg between 1.0 in. and 2.0 in. diameter. Each perpendicular clamp set consists of three pieces; two identical flanged outer saddles and one unique inner saddle. Match them with our DX Engineering SSGCBOLT Series of stainless steel bolts and hardware for the ultimate fastening of pipe or tubing across a tower. Each parallel clamp set consists of four pieces; two identical flanged outer saddles and two identical inner saddles. Match them with the SSGCBOLT Series of stainless steel bolts and hardware for complete and secure fastening. DX Engineering Genius Clamps, models DXE-SSGC-2P (for perpendicular attachment) are sold in pairs for securely attaching one side mount cross arm tube to two tower legs, for example, which could be used to securely hang a wire antenna at a distance from the tower. Our photos show another installation example with a side-mounted vertical antenna; this demonstrates the use of three pairs of Genius Clamps. In fact, any two pieces of pipe from 1.0 to 2.0 in. outside diameter may be clamped in parallel to each other.
