LDG Electronics AT-1000ProII Automatic Antenna Tuners

LDG Electronics AT-1000ProII Automatic Antenna Tuners are simple to operate! LDG Electronics has refined and expanded their flagship 1 kW automatic antenna tuners. They've retained most of the features of the previous successful models, but now have even easier operation. These tuners still offer two antenna inputs that are front panel selectable with 2,000 memories for each antenna. They store tuning parameters with virtually instantaneous memory recall whenever you transmit on or near a frequency you've used before. Just key-up and it tunes! AT-1000ProII tuners will operate at any power level between 5 and 1,000 watts peak RF input. AT-1000ProII tuners have large, easy-to-read LED bar-graph meters that display two selectable power ranges (100 and 1,000 watts), as well as SWR. An optional 4.5 in. analog meter, model M-1000, shows SWR and 100 or 1,000 watt ranges of forward or reverse power, in peak or average modes. AT-1000ProII tuners will interface with many popular transceivers, enabling transceiver "TUNE" button control of AT-1000ProII operation. Dedicated control buttons allow you to fine-tune capacitance and inductance on those rare occasions when the AT-1000ProII can't find a perfect match by itself. AT-1000ProII Automatic Antenna Tuners will tune from 1.8 to 54.0 MHz continuously, and will match an amazing range of antennas, from Yagis and dipoles to inverted-Vees and slopers. Virtually any coax-fed antenna may be tuned, from 6 to 1,000 ohms impedance across HF, and from 16 to 150 ohms on 6 meters. Initial tuning time is usually under 10 seconds. If you're transmitting near a frequency with stored tuning parameters, it will set those parameters in under 200 milliseconds. The use of longwires or antennas fed with ladder line will require an external balun, not included. Note: For additional information, please look at the files under the "Documentation" tab. For a versatile automatic antenna tuner that will handle some real power, remember these LDG Electronics AT-1000ProII Automatic Antenna Tuners from DX Engineering!

LDG Electronics AT-200ProII Automatic Antenna Tuners

There was a time when 100 watts was a lot of power. Today, more and more transceivers feature 200 watts of output. Even though many of these modern radios feature a built-in tuner, the tuners' range and features are usually quite limited. Break through those barriers with LDG Electronics AT-200ProII Automatic Antenna Tuners! They're designed for this new generation of rigs and are specifically recommended for Ten-Tec and tube radios. Many QRP operators have a small 100-150 watt amplifier for times when you need a few more S-units. The AT-200ProII tuners are ideal for this kind of operation; their minimum required power is only 5 watts, but they will handle higher power as well. The AT-200ProII tuners will handle up to 250 watts SSB or CW (75 watts RTTY, FT8) on 1.8-30 MHz, and 100 watts on 54 MHz. They feature LDG's state-of-the-art, processor-controlled Switched-L tuner. The AT-200ProII tuners will match virtually any kind of coax-fed antenna, including Yagis, dipoles, inverted Vs, slopers, loops, or just about anything. They will typically match a 10:1 SWR down to 1.5:1 in just a few seconds. You can also use the AT-200ProIIs with end-fed antennas, random wires, and antennas fed with ladder line with the optional LDG balun. Operation couldn't be simpler--while transmitting a carrier, just press the tune button. An automatic tuning cycle will begin and then end a few seconds later with the tuners set at the lowest SWR (almost instant for frequencies stored in memory). The AT-200ProII automatic memory tuners are the latest in a long line of innovative LDG Electronics tuners and will allow you to get the most out of your Kenwood, Yaesu, Ten-Tec, or ICOM radio that operates at higher power. Additional features include: * 5 to 250 watts SSB and CW (100 watts on 6M, 75 watts HF Digital, RTTY, PSK, FT8) * Easy-to-read LED bar graph display for RF power, SWR, and status * LEDs for antenna position and bypass * 4,000 memories (2,000 for each antenna) for instantaneous band changing * 2-position antenna switch with memories for four antennas on each position * Tuning time: 0.5 to 6 seconds full tune, less than 0.1 second memory tune * Built-in frequency counter for memory operation * Tunes 6 to 800 ohm loads (16 to 150 ohms on 6m), 6 to 3,600 ohms with optional 4:1 balun * Includes 6 ft. DC power cable * Power requirements: 11 to 16V DC at 750 mA max during tuning * Weighs 2 lbs. Note: For additional information, please look at the files under the "Documentation" tab. If you are running an older, high-output tube rig, a newer 200 watt rig, or have a small amplifier to give your QRP rig a boost, consider LDG Electronics AT-200ProII Automatic Antenna Tuners from DX Engineering!

LDG Electronics TW-1 Talking SWR/Wattmeters

LDG Electronics TW-1 Talking SWR/Wattmeters provide an aural spoken indication of power and SWR using a digitally recorded voice. It is ideal for the visually impaired or for those times when you need to look elsewhere while still obtaining power and SWR measurements. At the press of a button, the TW-1 speaks the forward power, reverse power or SWR. Three languages are available: English, Spanish and German and it includes an internal top firing speaker; no external audio hookups are needed. The TW-1 also offers a continuous tone mode for tuning. Simply press and hold the Forward button and a tone indicates power. As you adjust your amplifier or antenna tuner, a higher tone indicates higher power. This is perfect for peaking your amplifier while keeping a close watch on the grid current. You can select either long or short voice reports (verbose or terse modes). Long reports include descriptors like "thousand" or "hundred" and end with "forward watts" or "reverse watts". Short reports speak only the numerical value of the measurement you've selected for a quick reading. The TW-1 needs just 1W to operate, but will handle up to 2000W PEP, making it suitable for everything from QRP to full legal limit. The TW-1 is accurate to ± 5% of reading across the entire power range and resolution is 1W or 1% of reading (whichever is higher). The microprocessor controlled TW-1 can easily be upgraded in the field with a simple chip exchange. It requires 11-15VDC at 200mA maximum (power supply not included) but consumes minimal current when not speaking. Suitable for mobile use, simply install it in a convenient location near your operating position and provide 12VDC through a fused line (fuse not included, LDG recommends a 2 amp fast-blow fuse). SWR Tone mode is especially useful for tuning a "screwdriver" antenna while watching the road. (LDG strongly recommends that you pull over to a complete stop before adjusting your antenna) The November 2005 issue of QST Magazine features an exhaustive review of the TW-1 starting on page 77. Additional Features and Specifications: -Frequency Range 1.8-54.0MHz -Power rating: 0-2000W PEP, Auto-Ranging -Speech: Speaks Forward and Reverse power in watts, as well as SWR -Languages: English, Spanish, German -Continuous tone for making amplifier or tuner adjustments -Accuracy: ± 5% of reading across entire HF range (± 10% on 6M) -Power requirements: 11-15VDC at 200 mA Max (user supplies power source) -2x UHF female SO239 Connectors -2.5mm x 5.5mm Center Positive DC Power Jack - DC Power cable included!
