The RX frequency range is from 25-2000 MHz and is a good, all-around antenna for scanners and shortwave listening. A 4.921 in. magnetic base is included for stationary portable use on a vehicle and 13.123 ft. of RG-58 coax is installed on the base with a BNC male connector on the receiver end. Moonraker DBD-4080 Triband Loaded Dipole Antennas
Moonraker DBD-4080 Triband Loaded Dipole Antennas are just what you need for low band operation in a compact 78.74-foot-long antenna. The 40- and 15-meter bands are not loaded and the 80 meter band is. SWR is below 1.5 across the entire 15m band, below 2.0 across the entire 40m band and the 80m band is resonant at 3.650 +- 100khz. Fed with a 1:1 balun with an SO239, this compact antenna is ready for operation right out of the package. The DBD-4080 is rated at 400W CW and 550W SSB; although full duty cycle modes such as AM and various digital modes will require a balun that is capable of higher power. An ATU is recommended, especially on the 80m band. The antenna can be oriented in several orientations including doglegged, inverted-vee, sloper or flattop.
