Moonraker Monoband Mobile Whip Antennas are an easy, economical way to enjoy operating on the HF Amateur Radio bands while mobile or portable. These heavy-duty, helical wound HF mobile antennas feature a heavy gauge copper wire wound onto a lightweight fiberglass mast. The included top-mount stainless steel whip is field tunable for the lowest SWR using stainless steel set screws to securely lock the whip in place. SWR will vary according to mount location and grounding (3/8-24 mount not included). SWR at resonance is typically 1.5:1 or less when properly matched.
