The REZ Antenna Systems XFORM 4:1 UNUN is a modular impedance-matching system designed for the Scout system, expanding its capabilities beyond traditional quarter-wave verticals and half-wave dipoles. It integrates seamlessly with the Scout XF base and supports legacy Scout bases via a jumper connection. The XFORM enables over 30 potential antenna deployment options when combined with future 9:1 and 49:1 transformer modules, which are currently in development. Built for durability, the XFORM features CNC-machined 6061 aluminum, an acetal polymer body, and stainless steel hardware. Its gasket-sealed design ensures reliable performance in harsh weather conditions. The unit handles up to 200 watts PEP SSB and 75 watts digital (50% duty cycle) and measures 5.5 inches in length with a maximum diameter of 2.5 inches. Each core is precisely wound and tested for thermal stability and minimal insertion loss, delivering efficient signal transfer and cooler operation underload. The XFORM requires a Scout base for use, making it an essential upgrade for operators seeking maximum versatility and performance in portable HF antenna systems.

REZ Antenna Systems Z 17 Carbon 17 foot HF Telescopic Whips are an ultra-lightweight 17-foot carbon fiber telescoping whip engineered for portable HF operation where strength, weight, and packability matter most. Weighing just 7.55 ounces, its high-rigidity carbon fiber construction minimizes mast loading and whip deflection while delivering excellent radiating performance in vertical and dipole configurations. Collapsing to just 25.4 inches, the Z-17 Carbon packs easily into portable field kits while deploying in seconds to its full 17-foot operating length. Naturally resonant on 20 meters, it pairs seamlessly with REZ loading coils for expanded band coverage. When combined with the XFORM 4:1 matching unit, it becomes a highly effective multi-band vertical supporting 30 through 10 meters in a compact, efficient deployment footprint. Unlike traditional stainless telescoping whips, the Z-17 Carbon is designed to be operated fully extended. Multi-band coverage is achieved using matching units or loading coils rather than adjusting whip length. The Z-17 Carbon integrates directly with REZ Antenna ecosystem and includes a precision adapter for compatibility with standard 3/8-24in. antenna mounting systems, making it ideal for POTA activations, portable stations, and emergency communications.
