The TravelPatch is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and precision thread-milled to accept standard 5/8-24in. threaded SO-239 or N-Type bulkhead connectors. Its substantial 3-1/8-inch diameter combined with its 1/2-inch thickness distributes cable tension evenly, preventing stress on thin sheet metal, fiberglass, or plastic mounting surfaces. For best results, use with a stiff backing behind your mounting surface. Each unit is assembled with dielectric grease to protect threads from moisture, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Rocket Machine Worx MicroPatch Bulkhead Coaxial Connector Panels
Rocket Machine Worx MicroPatch Bulkhead Coaxial Connector Panels are constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum and features precision CNC-threaded 5/8-24-inch holes—no through-holes. These compact patch panels include three quality SO-239 bulkhead connectors and they are designed to accept these directly. The panel can also function as a manual coax switch by connecting a jumper from a transceiver to the rear of a connector and another jumper from the front to an antenna. It integrates perfectly with the Rocket Machine Worx Window Wing cable feed-through kit to create a weathertight window pass-through for coaxial connectors. Mounting options include 5/8-16 threaded holes on two edges for bracket mounting and three face holes compatible with machine screws, and standoffs or #6 drywall screws (hardware not included). The MicroPatch is suitable for installation on rafters, joists, enclosures, or portable setups like go bags and POTA kits
